An exciting new up and coming photographer friend asked me the other day if it would possible to do a shoot with a model friend showing off some of the beautiful lingerie in Joanna’s Wardrobe. Of course I’m always happy to give my friends a helping hand, and I like to take any opportunity to give you all some new inspirational ideas for your own lingerie wardrobes.
So anyway, after I said yes it got me thinking - I really enjoyed the My Alter Ego photoshoot and have been thinking about doing another, so I made a cheeky request and asked if I could be included in the modelling too. I’m so excited, she said yes! Well to cut a long story short it’s all set for next week – like last time it’s very exciting but a little nerve wracking! Eeek!!
What to wear though, there are so many lovely lingerie items to choose from! I thought it would be a really good idea to do an “Underwear or Outerwear?” showcase, especially as more and more fashion trendsetters such as Kylie and Lady Gaga are wearing their underwear as outerwear, and what’s wrong with that! So I need to find some things that will go nicely on their own, and some that would look nice under something sheer like the Vollers Chiffon Blouse in the picture.
Well this week is going to be busy putting together some lingerie items and skirts and blouses ready for the photo shoot as well as lingerie outfits that could be worn out by the more daring. Lets be fair some of my lingerie is far too gorgeous to be hidden away! I’ll keep you updated during the week which lingerie and stockings I’m thinking about taking to the shoot, although being a woman I could easily change my mind by then!
