Well we’re all busy here working on the first Newsletter of 2012 and making all the changes that need to happen on the site before we send it out, but there’s one thing you may already have noticed which is our Live Help facility which we hope will make Joanna’s Wardrobe even more like an online boutique.
As any of you who have contacted us by email or through the site in the past will probably have noticed, we’re about all through the UK day and often into the evening helping our customers with queries and giving advice – well now when there’s someone available the Live Chat button will light up and you can talk to us online. There’s also the helpline number for UK use which is 0844 335 1006.
Like a real high street boutique there will be times when we’re busy helping another customer on the phone, or doing something ‘out the back’ when we won’t be available, but we hope we’re around enough to support any needs you have. As now if the Live Chat button isn’t lit up you can contact us using the contact form or email.
